Two things you can do right now, without a request
- Delete all of your data. Manage account > privacy & data. You do not need us for this.
- Stop marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
This page is where you tell us how we may use the information you have shared with us.
Last updated September 9, 2026
Some of what you tell us is sensitive: what you share with Commune Coach about your sleep, stress, mood, symptoms, and goals, the health-related programs you enroll in, and anything you choose to tell us about your sexual health. You can direct us to use that information only for the narrow purposes the law permits without your direction.
What this does. We stop using your health and wellness information to decide what we promote to you. You will still hear from us, and our messages will no longer be shaped by what you have told us about your health.
What this does not do. It does not delete anything, it does not cancel your Membership or change your price, and it does not stop Commune Coach from personalizing the programs you came here for. Deletion and withdrawing consent are separate choices, both below.
How long it lasts. Until you tell us otherwise. We will not ask you to reconsider for at least 12 months.
Commune does not sell personal information. You can still direct us not to, and you can direct us not to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, which means advertising shown to you elsewhere based on what you did here.
This is broader than limiting. Withdrawing consent stops us collecting new health data from you, and stops us sending it to the AI providers who generate Coach responses.
Said plainly: Commune Coach will stop working in its personalized form. It cannot coach you without knowing anything about you. Your Membership, your price, your courses, the community, and live events are unaffected.
Withdrawing is not deleting. Your existing health data stays until you ask us to delete it, which you can do in the same request below.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, have it deleted, or receive it in a portable format. You can also ask for the list of the specific third parties your health data has been shared with.
These requests need identity verification, usually by confirming you control the email address on your account. Verification protects you, and we will not use it to stall.
You can also email [email protected] instead of using this form. Either way works.
We will confirm receipt by email within 10 business days, and write again when it has been applied. If you need to add anything, reply to that email or write to [email protected].
| If you asked us to | We act within |
|---|---|
| Limit the use of your sensitive personal information | 15 business days |
| Not sell or share your personal information | 15 business days |
| Withdraw your health data consent | Immediately for new collection, and promptly for everything else |
| Anything else on this page | We confirm receipt in 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 more days with notice |
For the first two, we also notify the service providers and other recipients who hold your information and instruct them to do the same. You will get an email confirming we received your request, and a second email when it has been applied.
Limiting the use of sensitive personal information, and opting out of sale or sharing, do not require identity verification, so we will not ask for it. We may ask for enough information to find your account, and we will act without it where we can. Access, correction, deletion, and portability do require verification, because handing your information to the wrong person would be worse than a delay.
We will tell you why in writing. You can appeal by emailing [email protected] within 60 days, using the subject line Privacy Request Appeal, or Health Data Appeal if your request was about health data. Someone who was not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will respond within 45 days with the outcome and our reasoning. If we still say no, we will give you a direct link to complain to your regulator.
Your price, your Membership, and your access to the Services will not change because you used this page. That is a commitment, not a courtesy.
